Methodology
The method starts with interpretation, not intervention.
The first question is rarely: what should change in the campaign? It is usually: what are we misunderstanding in the system, and what decision should be made once that misunderstanding is clear?
Repeated exposure to performance systems across budgets, categories, and markets builds one advantage: pattern recognition. That recognition is useful only when it is turned into a clear interpretive layer.
This platform exists to turn that layer into content, consulting, and a reusable operating system called Performance Thinking.
